Our key focus and investment efforts as of late have been geared toward real estate, hospitality, restaurants and fast food QSR concepts in the German market, under the SANUS Investment corporation.
Germany is a ripe and promising investment hub for real estate, hospitality, restaurants and fast food QSR concepts. We aim to invest heavily in these fields, especially in the QSR (quick service restaurants) sector to secure official franchise rights to the most well known fast food brands around the world.We feel that we have the means and workforce to bring this vision to reality, backed by the drive, motivation, determination and resources to accomplish this.

Over the years, given our massive success in global investment, we have considered expanding our scope of operation into property as well efforts are currently underway to purchase and fully operate existing hotels in Germany that are rated at least 3 to 4 stars.
In fact, progress has been nothing short of remarkable we are nearing the end of successful purchase of our first 100 room hotel in Bonn, Germany.
At the moment, this is our most prized project under the German Company Name identity.

We have always been a popular choice and chosen supplier for government bodies in the past.We have been providing infrastructure, aircraft fuel and other 'hard to acquire' equipment for VIPs.
Under this division, we will be tendering for Government Ministries in the infrastructure sector, which includes (without limitation) communications equipment, telecom cables, electricity network materials, distributions panels, transformers, bushbars and switchgear.
Given our track record in the ME and Ethiopia where we served and supplied Government Ministries with materials and equipment to satisfy their infrastructural needs, we will be doing the same with full force and determination, all over the globe
We believe that hard to come by investment success can only be complemented by one thing and that's re investing it into something really worthwhile.
We have been lucky enough to purchase an entire building in Bonn for full renovation and investment. But it doesn't end there we continue to actively solicit the purchase of more buildings in the area, which we plan to re sell or rent out. Keeping our growth steady as an investment giant is what we do best, after all.
