1. Do you have mobile app?
Yes, you can download Dullali mobile app from following Google playstore link

2. How long it will take to ship a product?
Typically, upon confirmation, it will 1-2 days to process the order and 3-5 days to deliver. We appreciate your understanding in case of any delays from our side.

3. What are the methods of payment?
Users can pay using credit/debit cards (Visa, Master and American Express) or netbanking. Customers with Paypal accounts can use it to make the payment or can simply choose cash on delivery (CoD).

4. What if I haven't received my item in time?
Once the order is confirmed and processed, a shipment tracking ID will be sent to the customers via SMS and e-mail after shipment. In unexpected circumstances, delivery can be delayed due to various factors. However, you can track the shipment via the provided tracking ID. If it is taking suspicious amount of time to be delivered, we urge you to contact us via e-mail (sales@dullali.com) or phone() to resolve the issue quickly.

5. Do you have retail shop?
We don't have a retail shop as of now, but we do have an office where you can visit to make any bulk purchases.

6. Can I come to any pickup office to collect my item to save shipping cost?
If our office is nearby to you, then you can definitely drop by our office to collect your order by paying us directly. This way you can save money and time in shipping. Please don't forget to leave a note as 'Pickup in office' while you place the order.

7. What if I don't what I bought and want to return it?
We put meticulous efforts to meet your fashion needs in both fit and design. However, in case, you didn't like the product(s) purchased or it doesn't fit, you can return the product(s) in its original state and claim the refund of your money. Please note, for return items, customers have to bear shipping charges to send the product(s) and the shipping costs while ordering to deliver it to you won't be refunded.

8. How long it will take to refund my money?
Usually, it will take 5-7 business days for the money to reach you depending on the bank. In case, it is prolonged delay, please contact us at returns@dullali.com or by telephone, and we will make sure to address the issue and serve you better in future.

9. What are the modes of refund?
You have to write to us at returns@dullali.com along with the order details, reason for return, your shipment and bank details. We will refund money to the provided account in 5-7 business days.

10. What if am not at home when my order arrives?
On absence of customer to receive the delivery, we may leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the carrier. In case of changing the delivery to a specific date, you can contact through the details given in the note.

11. Is there any extra charge added for Cash on Delivery (CoD)?
No, there are no extra charges for Cash on Delivery.

12. Must I register as a member in order to make a purchase?
Yes, a customer has to sign up to make a purchase. This is our only means to contact you in case of any mishaps. Hence, it is mandatory to provide your details and to serve you better.

13. Can I amend my order after I have made payment?
Yes, but you cannot change in 'My orders' page directly. You can contact us via e-mail sales@dullali.com or by telephone to make any changes like changing address and size.

14. Can I schedule the delivery for a particular date/time?
Yes, once the product(s) is shipped you can visit TA-Q-BIN site and request for a delivery on specific date using the provided tracking ID.

15. Do I get free shipping if I buy more items?
Yes, if you make single purchase more than 300RM, we provide shipping free of cost.

16. Why was my order cancelled?
Your order could be automatically cancelled if the purchased item went out of stock before you make the payment. Please try to reach us to know about restocking time. You will be contacted to initiate the refund, if not please write to us.

17. How do I check if my order has been shipped out?
From Dullali, we send an SMS and an e-mail for confirmation, once the order is placed. Once the product(s) shipped, another SMS and e-mail will be sent with shipment tracking ID through which customers can track shipment. Finally, an e-mail will be sent once the product(s) is delivered to you.

18. I have not received my order. What should I do?
Sometimes, delivery can take more time than expected. If it is taking suspicious amount of time, kindly write to us, we will make sure to fix the problem and will try to server you better in future.
