Shipping Policy

In normal circumstances, we here at Dullali try to make sure you get the product(s) delivered in estimated time of 5-7 days (excluding weekends and public holidays). We have partnered with TA-Q-BIN which is one of the reliable and quick delivery service available in Malaysia, together we make sure you receive your product(s) delivered as fast as possible.

Upon successful purchase and confirmation, it may take 1-2 working days to process and pack the product(s) from our warehouse. From there, it will take approximately 3-5 days to deliver from our delivery service partner depending on your location. Once the purchase is confirmed and shipped, a tracking ID will be sent to your e-mail/phone through which you can track the movement of product(s). If you are unavailable to take delivery or collection, we may leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the carrier.

However, though most of the time we work hard to meet the estimated delivery time, we cannot guarantee estimated delivery time at every occasion such as,

1. Out of stock - We will inform the customer about expected time needed to restock or the customer can request to replace with another item or refund the money

2. Payment delay - Sometimes it may take time for the payment to reach us depending on the mode. Estimated delivery time has to be considered only upon successful purchase and confirmation.

3. Processing delay - In case of heavy online traffic can lead to slight delay in processing the order and shipment in given estimated time.
